Return/Exchange policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order
date. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with
the original tags attached.
We will gladly refund the cost of
the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping
is the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will not
accept
returns that are not in new condition or beyond 30 days,
unless the item is determined to be defective. If merchandise is
received, that is ineligible for return,
the customer will be
responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned.
If you would like to make an exchange, please call or e-mail us
and let us know the item you would like in exchange and we will
hold the item for you.
This will insure that the item you want
will not be sold out prior to receiving your return.
It takes approximately 3 business days from the day we receive a returned item to process the requested refund or exchange.
Holiday gift purchases may be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2010.
Items noted as "Final Sale" in the description are not eligible
for returns or exchanges.
Sale/Price Adjustment Policy
We do not make price adjustments on previous sales and/or layaways or resell a returned item at the lower sale price. Sale
prices apply only to
purchases made during that particular sale period.
Return of items purchase with a flat rate discount
When items are purchased on a dollar off promo (for instance
$20 off a $100 purchase or more), the discount will be prorated
for each item.
Therefore, any returned items will be credited at
the actual prorated price paid. For instance, if you have $20
off promo and you have a
$110 purchase for two items priced at
$34 and $76, prior to the discount. $20 off $110 equals an
18.18% discount, therefore each item would
be discounted by
18.18%. The actual price paid for each items would then be
$27.82 and $62.18 respectively.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at the sole discretion
of Simply Tall management.
